Mr. Raskin received his bachelor of arts degree, with honors, from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1989, and his juris doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1993. While at Santa Clara University School of Law, Mr. Raskin served on the Board of Editors for SANTA CLARA LAW REVIEW Immediately after receiving his juris doctor degree, Mr. Raskin served as a law clerk for the Honorable Aurelio Munoz and the Honorable Loren Miller, Los Angeles Superior Court. Mr. Raskin has more than 12 years of experience in entertainment transactions and entertainment litigation. Mr. Raskin serves as the chair for the Board of Editors for LOS ANGELES LAWYER MAGAZINE, as the co-chair of the annual Entertainment Law issue of LOS ANGELES LAWYER MAGAZINE and has published several legal articles. In addition, Mr. Raskin has lectured on various entertainment law subjects.
